Order process and secure payment

 

1) Secure Payment

We accept payment by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact...) data encrypted and secured by the Payplug system.

Payment by credit card over the phone
We accept payments by credit card directly over the phone via a link that will be sent to you either by e-mail or by sms according to your choice. Payment will then be made on a secure platform named Payplug.

2) You can order online through our secure system:

RRS offers its new website, more convenient, more pleasant but just as secure. It becomes really simple to place an order and the availability or tracking information of your order is updated in real time.

Ordering from RRS is a breeze:

  • Browse your way, explore the different product families. When you’re interested in an item, click Add to Cart. The details of your current order appear at the top right of your screen. So you have your basket in front of you all the time.
  • Once you have finished your selection, click on "Order", always at the top right of your screen, after clicking on "My cart".
  • You will then be prompted to create an account if you are not already a customer or to log in if you are already a customer.
  • If you want to create an account, let yourself be guided and don’t worry, your cart will always be active.
  • Then, the site will guide you through the different stages of order validation such as the choice of your billing or delivery address.
  • Finally, you will access the secure online payment page. You can also pay your order by bank transfer. In this case, your order will not be shipped as soon as the payment has been validated by our bank.

3) You can order by phone:

On +33(0)4 67 1400 80 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 18:00.

The method of payment is done by credit card via a link that will be sent to you either by e-mail or by sms according to your choice. Payment will then be made on a secure platform named Payplug.

You can also pay your order by bank transfer. The necessary information will be communicated to you by your RRS advisor.

ATTENTION: We do not offer cash on delivery.

 

4) Delivery:

RRS offers many delivery solutions to best meet your expectations.

Choose your preferred method from the list that will be offered to you during the process of your order. The list of carriers varies depending on the destination.
