Size does not fit: Do not waste time to contact us, send us directly the article accompanied by a small explanatory note.
Please also include a check of 5 € (10 € for a bucket seat) which will serve as a contribution to the shipping costs of the new item. RRS will take the rest!

We will then send you a Colissimo return voucher by email, to print and affix on the package to be returned. Then you just have to drop it off at the post office and you will have nothing else to pay. Keep the proof of shipment carefully to address any problems.

- I returned my defective item, how long will it take to receive the replacement?
It all depends on the availability of the replacement item. If we are unable to provide you with the item in question, we will issue a credit or refund.
If the replacement item is in stock, allow approximately 72 hours (working days) after receipt of the defective item at our premises.
- I just received a package that I have to send back (size problem or other) but I have a race in a very short time, how to do?
Do not panic, this case is common, call our advisors on +33(0)4 67 1458 71, we will find a solution!
- I received a pack and one of the components does not fit or is defective, do I have to return everything?
NO, only the problematic item should be returned.
